What we collect
When you apply, subscribe, use our free tools, chat with our AI assistant or buy a program, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, goals and answers) and basic usage data (pages visited, device type, and referring link). Application answers are collected by our form provider, Jotform.
How we use it
To review your application, deliver what you asked for (downloads, calculator results, emails), provide coaching, improve our website, and, only with your consent, send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
Cookies & analytics
With your consent we use analytics and advertising pixels (Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok) to understand how visitors use the site and measure our marketing. You can decline in the cookie banner.
AI assistant
Messages sent to our AI assistant are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. Conversations are stored without your identity unless you choose to share your email. Don't share sensitive health details in chat.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the site: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email (Resend), payments (Stripe), forms (Jotform) and AI (Anthropic). We never sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us through our contact page.
